I met Kerry at an open house back in November of 2006. I remember being impressed with his professionalism, warm personality and great attitude. Even though this was literally the first open house I went to, I knew he would be my guy once I was ready to start a search. I had planned on calling him in a week or so but he beat me to the punch! He started showing me places right away in the Silver Lake, Echo Park and Hollywood Areas and I was very impressed with how much he knew the lay of the land. I also like that he really took the time to understand my needs and didn’t apply any pressure to sway me one way or the other. Kerry was readily available and said he didn’t care whether it took one month or one year to find a place as all that mattered was that I find the right place. Kerry is just a gem and he is the only real estate agent I would ever use, should I be in the market again. I would definitely recommend Kerry to anyone!
