I would absolutely recommend Kerry. When we sold our condo at Evo, we interviewed a few realtors and Kerry really stood out from the rest. His knowledge of all things DTLA is beyond impressive. If you mention a specific unit in a building he knows exactly what unit you’re talking about (and what direction the unit faces, what kind of closets it has, if the building’s ever had any issues, whether people are happy in the building, etc). If you pay attention to the DTLA market, you will notice that Kerry is the most active agent in DTLA (his sales #s prove this). He’s at almost every open house because it’s usually his listing or he has a client that’s interested – I know this because we always ran into Kerry whenever we went to any open houses. Our 3rd floor unit at Evo was only on the market for 9 days before we accepted an offer that we were absolutely thrilled with. Having never sold a property before, Kerry guided us through the process – always responsive to calls, texts, silly questions, etc. Kerry is honest, straightforward, and very thorough. You’re in great hands with him.
