I ran across Kerry some six years ago through some mutual friends. After discussing our respective interests and backgrounds I was impressed with his enthusiasm for sales and Real Estate in general. He demonstrates a market awareness and sense of timing for trends and certain “first sector” advantages and opportunities. Several times I have referred potential sellers to him for counsel and without exception they’ve had home sales results which exceeded expectations.
